Pending Orders’ Status

You can review your pending items, the backorders and the items that are ready for you easily if you log into our website and go to Pending Lines:

If you have many items, you can use the Order, Date & Product Code filters to narrow down your selection

Columns meaning:

• Quantity = Original Quantity ordered
• Pending Invoice Quantity = the quantity that has not yet been invoiced/dispatched
• Ready to Ship = the quantity which is ready to be dispatched
• Nr of packs for new order = you can reorder this item by choosing how many packs you want to reorder and then click the Add to Cart
• Packing = the quantity that a pack has
