Register

You have to create an account so as to have full access to our online catalogue, to be able to send orders and have access to B2B data such as order history, pending orders etc.

After sumbiting the customer registration from, our staff will review it, and may ask you for data that are missing or seem to be wrong. When your registration gets accepted, you will get a relevant e-mail notification.

How to order

Online

Simply follow the steps below:

1. Having created a passionfashion account, you have to login in order to be able to use your order cart.
2. For each metal design please choose:

• The plating color and the decoration code if available.
• The packs quantity

3. Add the items you wish into your shopping cart by clicking “Add to card”.
4. For any required modifications to your order, just access your shopping card at any time.
5. To submit your order, enter your shopping cart and select “check out”.
6. Select the desired transportation service.
7. Add and comments regarding the order as a whole
8. Checkout
9. One of our representatives will email you the proforma invoice of your order with further information about the estimated production time and the payment methods and terms.

Moreover, you can track your order status in real time and access all your invoices and outstanding payments.

Email orders

We can also receive orders and enquiries by email. It's quick and simply to contact us this way and our team will respond to you swiftly.

Just make sure that for every product you wish to order, you mention:

1. The product’s reference code (ex. 009628-03-77)
2. The plating color
3. The quantity you wish to order
4. The decoration code, if applicable (ex. Enamel color)
