-service of greek taxis-net for crosschecking and validating the data using government's database, so as to have correct and updated data for invoice issuing

-european public website for VIES validation, so as to check and correct any mistakes, so that we are compliant with accounting and commerce rules

-Website services that collect IP address, OS version, screen resolution and other relevant information, for statistical and security reasons

The website www.passionfashion.gr uses cookies for the best and personalized experience of its visitors, without storing any personal information. The use of Google Analytics cookies allows us to identify and measure the number of visitors and monitor the traffic of the individual pages of our website. The purpose of this is to improve the content and adapt the website to the "habits" of the visitors while they navigate in the internet. Newsletter policy:

We do send newsletters that describe and show products and product families that help our existing and active customers understand our components usage, or some components existence. 99% of our newsletters are for product awareness reasons and refer to new designs or product attributes. By the time one customer gets registered we consider this account an active customer, and thus we may send to this account these newsletters described earier.

The newsletters are sent to our active customers only, to email accounts that our customers provide us with. If a customer does not purchase for a period of one year, or does not purchase for a period of six months after the registration/account activation, or does not have access to our website, then this customer should not get newsletters from us. Any customer can unregister from this service by clicking the appropriate button or by contacting us to exports@passionfashion.gr. Any customer that unregisters, is deleted from our newsletter list, and can be reactivated upon customer's request.

Whether a customer has refused to get newsletters, can be checked at any time, when logged in, at the profile page at www.passionfashion.gr.

Information Sharing:

We will not share your information with third parties for their own independent business purposes or marketing purposes.
However, we may disclose your information to the following entities:

-Wholesalers that sell passionfashion products, only for helping a potential customer that cannot be served from us, and only after your consent

-Service Providers and/or every third party that might perform the processing on our behalf. It is also likely that we share your information with companies that provide services for us or on our behalf, such as companies that send emails on our behalf, or courier companies that transport the goods.

-Any other third party in relation to corporate transactions. We are likely to share your data with third parties in the framework of a consolidation or transfer or in case of bankruptcy.
