Shipping & Delivery

We mostly ship with UPS and FedEx

A tracking number is always supplied to the customer:

  • via email from passionfashion’s representatives
  • via email from the forwarder (UPS or DHL)

With this tracking number, you can either monitor the progress of your shipment through the carrier’s website or contact the courier agency, if needed.

The carrier may also send, occasionally, an informative email when an unexpected delay has occurred.

passionfashion has agreed on special prices with courier companies.

The freight cost depends on:

  1. the total weight and sometimes on the number or boxes of the products to be shipped
  2. the recipient’s location
  3. the service chosen

The freight cost is always added in the invoice as an extra expense and paid by the customer.

Packaging is made using hard carton boxes filmed with PVC.

You can expect that our packaging is secure in bad weather or harsh transportation conditions.

passionfashion will cover the buyer in case of lost merchandise.
This coverage is offered only when the shipment is arranged via passionfashion’s account with the courier.

If customs duties apply (from the destination’s local authorities), they are always responsibility of the customer.
